After how many days will the carpet I order be delivered?
Orders placed until 15:00 are shipped on the same day, and you will receive them within 1-2 business days. We work with Yurtiçi Kargo to minimize the disruptions.
My carpet arrived, it was not quite as I imagined, can I return it?
You can return the carpet that does not fit you within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that you do not use it. After the checks are made on the day it reaches us, we process your refund, and the refund amount will be reflected on your account or card within a few working days.
