The story of this rug
Handwoven Simple Patterned Wool Cream Rug, combines the calmness of the cream color with its knitted-feeling surface. The tight knot structure on its surface evokes the feeling of a thick hand-knitted sweater; flat but textured, simple but with character. The color tone is a perfect pastel cream; it neither leans towards yellow nor beige, leaving a soft and neutral effect directly. Thanks to this eye-friendly tone, it creates a peaceful atmosphere in the space it occupies.

While giving the usual wool rug feel with its slightly firm texture, the naturalness in its texture makes it suitable for both modern and bohemian spaces. Handwoven Simple Patterned Wool Cream Rug, produced entirely by hand in India with 80% wool and 20% cotton yarn.

It has a durable structure that is not thick with an 8 mm pile height; its weight of 3100 gr/m² indicates tight weaving quality. Its slightly firm surface structure preserves its form for a long time, offering a solid ground despite being thin.

Which size fits your room?
The most common mistake in choosing a rug is buying too small. Here are the numbers, room by room:
Living room
At least the front legs of the sofas should sit on the rug. Leave 20–40 cm of floor showing around it.

Dining room
It should extend 60–75 cm beyond every edge of the table, so chairs do not catch when pulled back.

Bedroom
Either cover the lower two-thirds of the bed, or choose a size that extends 60–90 cm on three sides.

Care — three rules
Vacuum regularly
Use a head without a beater bar, in the direction of the pile. Once a week is enough; dust is lifted before it settles between the yarns.
Treat spills before they dry
Blot, do not rub. Dampen with a suitable cleaner and dry.
Leave washing to a professional
Household machines are not suitable for woven rugs. One professional wash a year is recommended.

At least the front legs of your sofas should sit on the rug. For a standard living room 200 × 290 cm is recommended; for wide rooms 240 × 340 cm or 300 × 380 cm. The scale plan on this page shows how much of a 520 × 420 cm room each size covers.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
For international orders, shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid in advance; there is no cash on delivery. Rugs in stock leave Ankara within 1–3 business days.
Can I return it if I do not like it?

Will the color match what I see on screen?
Small differences in tone are possible depending on your screen. Open the images full screen to study the surface, and watch the review video where there is one. If you want to be sure, you can see the rug in person at our showroom in Çankaya, Ankara.
Can the rug be used over underfloor heating?
It depends on the pile height. Low-pile woven rugs work with underfloor heating and do not block the heat. If you are unsure, send the product code to Client Services on WhatsApp.
How does the price change between sizes?
Pricing is by the square meter. The price per square meter is shown next to the price, and it updates as you select a size.
Can I see the rug in Ankara?
Yes. At our showroom in Çankaya, Ankara you can see the rugs in this series and touch the weave. No appointment is needed.
Can I ask for a size that is not listed?
Custom sizes can be woven in many series. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will come back with a production time and a price.
