1. RESPONSIBILITIES

a. The Company reserves the right to change the products, services and prices offered. The prices and conditions displayed at the time an order is placed are binding for that order.

b. The Company undertakes to make the services covered by these terms available to the user, except in the event of technical failures.

c. The user agrees not to reverse-engineer the website or attempt to obtain its source code. The user may be liable for resulting losses and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.

d. The user agrees not to create or share content that is unlawful, contrary to public morality, misleading, abusive, obscene, infringing of personal or intellectual-property rights, or encouraging unlawful activity. The user is responsible for losses arising from such conduct. The Company may suspend or terminate relevant accounts and reserves the right to commence legal proceedings. Where a legally valid information request is received from a judicial authority, the Company will disclose information only to the extent required by law.

e. Users are responsible for their relationships with other users and third parties.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 All registered and unregistered intellectual-property rights in the website, including the Company name, business name, trademarks, patents, logos, designs, photographs, text, information and methods, belong to the Company or the stated rights holder and are protected by national and international law. Visiting the website or using its services grants the user no rights in this material.

2.2 Website content may not be reproduced, published, copied, presented or transferred without the Company's written permission. The website or any part of it may not be used on another website without permission.

3. PERSONAL DATA AND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

3.1 Personal data submitted through the website is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The purposes and legal grounds of processing, recipients of transfers, and rights under Article 11 are explained in the Privacy Notice and Information on the Protection of Personal Data.

3.2 Personal data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where necessary to perform an order, data may be transferred to shipping carriers, payment institutions, e-invoicing providers and infrastructure service providers, limited to that purpose. Data may also be disclosed to authorized public authorities where a duly issued request and applicable law require disclosure.

3.3 Commercial electronic messages about campaigns, discounts and new products are sent only with the user's prior consent, in accordance with Law No. 6563 and related regulations. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without giving a reason by using the link in a message or contacting info@halicizade.com. Withdrawal does not prevent the user from shopping on the website.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This clause applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Website services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranty that the website will operate without interruption or error. This clause does not affect the statutory rules on defective goods under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or the Company's product warranty; consumers' statutory rights remain reserved.

5. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

The user must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

The user is responsible for password and account security on the website and on third-party websites. The Company is not liable for data loss, security breaches or device damage caused by the user's own fault.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable where obligations cannot be performed because of an event beyond the parties' control, including natural disaster, fire, explosion, civil war, war, uprising, civil disturbance, mobilization, strike, lockout, epidemic, infrastructure or internet failure, or power outage (“Force Majeure”). The parties' relevant rights and obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

7. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms becomes partly or wholly invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Company may change the services offered on the website and these terms in whole or in part. Changes take effect when published on the website. Orders already placed but not yet delivered remain subject to the terms in force when the order was placed.

9. NOTICES

Notices relating to these terms may be sent through the Company's known email address and the email address supplied by the user in the membership form. The user accepts that the address supplied at registration is a valid notice address and agrees to notify the Company in writing within five days of a change; otherwise, notices sent to that address are deemed valid.

10. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT

In disputes between the parties, the parties' books, records and documents, including computer records, are admissible as evidence under Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. This clause does not limit the rights of users who qualify as consumers under Law No. 6502.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these terms.

This provision does not apply where the user qualifies as a consumer.
