Return and Exchange Policy
It is ok if you do not like the carpet you ordered. No worries, we are here to help. Here are the steps to return the carpet back:
- Get in touch with us in 14 days after you receive the carpet please.
- Fold or roll the rug, whichever is possible.
- Pack it securely. Smaller the pack is, smaller the cost of shipping.
- Carefully note the dimensions and weight of the rug.
- Get a shipping quotation from DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx. Choose the one most convenient for you.
- You have 30 days to return it back to us. 30 day periond starts when you receive the carpet.
- Buyer have responsibility to cover all the shipping, tax and customs costs for returning back the carpet, sorry 😊
