We Waited a Year for Urkum

The moment our whole team first saw Urkum’s visuals, they loved it so much. Because its colors are characterful but not tiring to the eyes, and its patterns offer a dose of authenticity to people tired of seeing the same carpets everywhere. On the other hand, it’s 100% natural, what more could you want?

Also, the weaving quality catches the attention of those who touch it because it was made with dense and tight knots. And precisely because of this, it is durable and long-lasting. Walking on it is enjoyable, especially for those who like slightly thick carpets.

Imagine, we saw a carpet, loved it, started production, it boarded a ship, traveled from India to Turkey, arrived at our store, photos were taken, words were written, and it was ready to be laid at home. The story we told in these few words took a full year. We waited patiently, and the result was wonderful. A year is quite a long time to produce a carpet group.
