Why I should choose?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

My rug arrived, it was not quite as I imagined, can I return it?

You can return it within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that you do not use the carpet that does not fit you. After the checks are made on the day it reaches us, we process your refund, and the refund amount will be reflected on your account or card within a few working days.

I'm having trouble choosing, what can I do?

Our clerk app is just for those who have a hard time choosing, answer the questions and find your home carpet easily. Hemen Dene!

After ordering a few rugs, wrap the one you love and return the others, so you don't have any questions. We call it "free to try" :)

Is there a store where I can see the rugs?

We have stores in Ankara where we have hosted thousands of people since 2004. If you go to Çayyolu right now, you can stop by Halıcızade and take a closer look at the carpets. If you love your home and carpets, let's meet, even if you don't buy a carpet, your eyes will be opened :)

I live abroad, can I order?

From Tokyo to Texas, you can order anywhere the cargo reaches, we ship to any point in the world with DHL, TNT, UPS and FedEx.

Does Halıcızade have branches?

Our physical store in Ankara Çayyolu, www.halicizade.com In addition to our digital store at http://www.trendyol, you can reach our products from marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and Etsy.

What are the payment options?

Most of our customers shop with credit or debit cards. We use iyzico's ultra-secure infrastructure, your credit card information does not reach us, nor is it stored on any platform. If the interest-free installment options are not sufficient, you can pay the maturity difference and place an order in installments up to 12 months. Money order and cash on delivery options are also available.
