Orders within Türkiye

You may return or exchange your order without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Custom-size pieces cannot be returned because they are made to order. Delivery and return shipping are free within Türkiye; Halıcızade pays the return shipping cost.

How to return an order within Türkiye

1. Sign in to your account at halicizade.com, select the product you wish to return, and create a return request.
2. Pack the rug carefully to prevent damage in transit.
3. Take the parcel to the nearest branch and send it collect using one of the customer numbers below:

Refunds within Türkiye

Your payment will be returned to your account within 7 business days after the return request. If it does not appear within that time, contact your bank or Halıcızade.

International orders

International shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are collected at checkout. Orders are shipped DDP, so no additional duties or taxes are collected on delivery.

To request an international return, contact Halıcızade within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-size pieces cannot be returned. International return shipping is paid by the customer.
