Zeminde ne var
La Paz Serisi Vintage Desenli Kahverengi Viskon Halı, klasik bir halı kompozisyonunun üzerinden silgi geçirilmiş hâlidir. Vizon-kahve bir zeminin ortasında büyük bir madalyon, köşelerde köşelikler ve kenarda kartuşlu bir bordür var — hepsi yerli yerinde, ama hiçbiri net değil. Madalyon altın-oker tonunda ve kenarları zemine doğru dağılıyor; bordürün deseni yer yer tamamen kayboluyor. Aradaki dolgu motifleri soluk mavi-gri ve silik gül kurusu. Yani halı hem klasik hem değil: yapı klasik, yüzey aşınmış.

Ölçüsü ve nerede iyi durur
200 × 290 cm, yaklaşık 5,8 metrekare — Türkiye'de salon halısının en yaygın ölçüsüdür. Üçlü koltuğun önünde koltuk genişliğini karşılar; köşe takımında L'nin iki kolunu toplar. Full description
A machine-woven viscose rug in brown, from the La Paz series, with a vintage pattern worked into the weave so faintly that the ground shows through it. Viscose with a synthetic content, woven in Türkiye, in 160 × 230 cm (5'3" × 7'7") and 200 × 290 cm (6'7" × 9'6").
The brown sits toward mink rather than chocolate, and that is what keeps the faded drawing legible on it, since a strong brown would swallow a pattern this pale. Viscose comes from cellulose and handles light the way satin does, so the rug is luminous seen from the doorway and flat seen from the far corner, and the worn effect changes with the route you take across it. The trade-off is footmarks: the pile lies where it is pressed and holds the mark until it is brushed back. Anyone who wants a floor that always looks untouched should be looking at wool.

Which size fits your room?
The most common mistake in choosing a rug is buying too small. Here are the numbers, room by room:
Living room
At least the front legs of the sofas should sit on the rug. Leave 20–40 cm of floor showing around it.

It should extend 60–75 cm beyond every edge of the table, so chairs do not catch when pulled back.

Care — three rules
Vacuum regularly
Use a head without a beater bar, in the direction of the pile. Once a week is enough; dust is lifted before it settles between the yarns.
Treat spills before they dry
Blot, do not rub. Dampen with a suitable cleaner and dry.
Leave washing to a professional
Household machines are not suitable for woven rugs. One professional wash a year is recommended.

Which size should I choose for a living room?
At least the front legs of your sofas should sit on the rug. For a standard living room 200 × 290 cm is recommended; for wide rooms 240 × 340 cm or 300 × 380 cm. The scale plan on this page shows how much of a 520 × 420 cm room each size covers.

Can the rug be used over underfloor heating?
It depends on the pile height. Low-pile woven rugs work with underfloor heating and do not block the heat. If you are unsure, send the product code to Client Services on WhatsApp.
How does the price change between sizes?
Pricing is by the square meter. The price per square meter is shown next to the price, and it updates as you select a size.
Can I see the rug in Ankara?
Yes. At our showroom in Çankaya, Ankara you can see the rugs in this series and touch the weave. No appointment is needed.
Can I ask for a size that is not listed?
Custom sizes can be woven in many series. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will come back with a production time and a price.
