Cleaning method: Dry cleaning. A pad laid underneath holds the rug in place and stops it rubbing against the floor; besides preventing sliding it also extends its life.

01Zeminde ne var

Çizgi Desenli Krem Deri Post Halı, bu ailenin en sakin parçasıdır. Krem-fildişi bir deri zemin üzerinde, eşit aralıklarla dizilmiş dar kahve-bal renkli şeritler var; şeritler halının bir kenarından diğerine kesintisiz uzanıyor. Aralarındaki boşluk şeritlerin genişliğinin birkaç katı, yani zemin desenden çok daha fazla yer kaplıyor.

Bu oran kompozisyonun kararıdır: çizgi var ama halı çizgili değil. Yüzey sakin kalıyor, ritim ise okunuyor.

02Ölçüsü ve nerede iyi durur

170 × 240 cm, yaklaşık 4,1 metrekare. İkili koltuk ya da küçük bir oturma grubunun önünde, yatak odasında ve geniş bir çalışma odasında kullanılır.

Paralel çizgili bir zemin yön verir ve mekânı o yönde uzatır: dar bir odada şeritleri kısa kenara paralel çevirmek odayı genişletir, uzun bir odada uzun kenara paralel bırakmak derinliği artırır. İç mimaride parke yönü için kullanılan kural burada halıya uygulanır.

Krem–bal ikilisi sıcak nötr paletin en açık ucudur; açık meşe, rattan, keten ve pirinçle doğrudan çalışır. Kış bahçesi ve güneş alan odalarda bu palet ışığı geri verir. Koyu ceviz ve mat siyahla birlikte ise halı kontrastın açık tarafını üstlenir.

Açık renkli deri lekeyi belli eder; giriş kapısının hemen önü bu halı için doğru yer değil.

03Nasıl yapılmış

Güney Amerika kaynaklı sığır derisinden üretilmiştir; şeritler ayrı renkte deri parçaların zemine eklenmesiyle oluşturulmuştur. Kesintisiz uzanan bir şeridin düz kalması, deri halıda kare patchwork'ten daha zordur: kare bir parça yamuk dikildiğinde göz bunu affeder, uzun bir şerit yamuk dikildiğinde bütün halı eğri görünür.

Şeritlerin aralıklarının eşit olması da ölçüyle kurulur; deri esneyen bir malzemedir ve dikiş sırasında gerilirse aralıklar bozulur. Bu yüzden şeritli postlarda dikiş, kare patchwork'ten daha yavaş ilerler.

04Bakımı ve sınırları

Temizliği kuru temizlemedir; su ile temas ettirilmez, makineye verilmez. Açık renk deri lekeyi gizlemez; sıvı temasında hemen kuru bezle alın. Şerit dikişleri halının en hassas hatlarıdır; süpürgeyi bu hatlara dik değil, şerit yönünde gezdirin. Radyatör ve şömine önünde deri kurur ve çatlar.

Which size fits your room?

The most common mistake in choosing a rug is buying too small. Here are the numbers, room by room:

Living room

At least the front legs of the sofas should sit on the rug. Leave 20–40 cm of floor showing around it.

Recommended: 200×290 · 240×340 · 300×380

Dining room

It should extend 60–75 cm beyond every edge of the table, so chairs do not catch when pulled back.

Recommended: 200×290 · 250×250 · 240×340

Bedroom

Either cover the lower two-thirds of the bed, or choose a size that extends 60–90 cm on three sides.

Recommended: 170×240 · 200×290 · 240×340

Hallway · runner

Choose one 25–30 cm shorter than the hallway, leaving 10–15 cm of floor on each side.

Care — three rules

Vacuum regularly

Use a head without a beater bar, in the direction of the pile. Once a week is enough; dust is lifted before it settles between the yarns.

Treat spills before they dry

Blot, do not rub. Dampen with a suitable cleaner and dry.

Leave washing to a professional

Household machines are not suitable for woven rugs. One professional wash a year is recommended.

Which size should I choose for a living room?

At least the front legs of your sofas should sit on the rug. For a standard living room 200 × 290 cm is recommended; for wide rooms 240 × 340 cm or 300 × 380 cm. The scale plan on this page shows how much of a 520 × 420 cm room each size covers.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

For international orders, shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid in advance; there is no cash on delivery. Rugs in stock leave Ankara within 1–3 business days.

Can I return it if I do not like it?

Yes. You can return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. On international orders return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Will the color match what I see on screen?

Small differences in tone are possible depending on your screen. Open the images full screen to study the surface, and watch the review video where there is one. If you want to be sure, you can see the rug in person at our showroom in Çankaya, Ankara.

Can the rug be used over underfloor heating?

It depends on the pile height. Low-pile woven rugs work with underfloor heating and do not block the heat. If you are unsure, send the product code to Client Services on WhatsApp.

How does the price change between sizes?

Pricing is by the square meter. The price per square meter is shown next to the price, and it updates as you select a size.

Can I see the rug in Ankara?

Yes. At our showroom in Çankaya, Ankara you can see the rugs in this series and touch the weave. No appointment is needed.

Can I ask for a size that is not listed?

Custom sizes can be woven in many series. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will come back with a production time and a price.
