01Zeminde ne var

Lugano Serisi Makine Dokuma Çerçeve Desenli Modern Halı, çerçeve fikrine bir köşe motifi ekler. Kırık beyaz zeminin kenarında ince bir antrasit hat dolaşıyor; hattın dört köşesinde iç içe geçmiş kareler var — antrasit ve altın-hardal iki renkle çizilmiş, kilim motifi ile Art Deco arasında duran küçük bir düğüm. Zeminin geri kalanı boş. Halının bütün karakteri bu dört köşede toplanıyor.

02Ölçüsü ve nerede iyi durur

120 × 180 cm, yaklaşık 2,2 metrekare. Tek koltuk önü, yatak odasında karyola yanı, çalışma masası altı ve antre için ölçülüdür. Köşelerde motif olduğu için halının dört köşesinin de görünür kalması önemlidir; mobilyanın altına yarısı girecek şekilde serilirse desen kesilir. Bu halı, üzerine mobilya konmadan tek başına serilmek için tasarlanmış gibidir.

Altın-hardal vurgu, kırık beyaz ve antrasitten oluşan iki nötrün arasına giren tek kromatik renktir; bu üçlü, iç mimaride 'nötr zemin + metalik vurgu' olarak bilinen kurgunun tam karşılığıdır. Pirinç aplik, altın çerçeveli ayna, hardal bir kırlent ya da bakır bir saksı bu vurguyu odaya taşır.

Türkiye'de dokunmuştur; ürün verisinde iplik içeriği viskon olarak kayıtlıdır. Köşedeki iç içe kare motifi, bu halının en zor dokunan yeridir: motif küçük, hatları ince ve iki renk iç içe geçiyor. Böyle bir motifte kare kenarlarının dik ve eşit kalması için dokuma sıklığının motifin en ince hattını taşıyacak düzeyde olması gerekir; sıklık düşerse kareler yamulur ve iç içe geçme okunmaz.

Dört köşede motifin birebir aynı olması da ayrı bir hesaptır. Desen dosyasında motif dört kez yerleştirilir ve halının eni ile boyu bu yerleşime göre bölünür; ölçü tutmazsa köşeler arasında kayma olur ve halı bakışta eğri görünür.

Bütün halının temizliği profesyonel yıkamayla; makineyle değil. Kırık beyaz zemin lekeyi gösterir; antre kullanımında kapı önüne ayrı bir paspas koymak halının ömrünü uzatır. Which size fits your room?

The most common mistake in choosing a rug is buying too small. Here are the numbers, room by room:

Living room

At least the front legs of the sofas should sit on the rug. Leave 20–40 cm of floor showing around it.

Recommended: 200×290 · 240×340 · 300×380

Dining room

It should extend 60–75 cm beyond every edge of the table, so chairs do not catch when pulled back.

Recommended: 200×290 · 250×250 · 240×340

Bedroom

Either cover the lower two-thirds of the bed, or choose a size that extends 60–90 cm on three sides.

Recommended: 170×240 · 200×290 · 240×340

Hallway · runner

Choose one 25–30 cm shorter than the hallway, leaving 10–15 cm of floor on each side.

Care — three rules

Vacuum regularly

Use a head without a beater bar, in the direction of the pile. Once a week is enough; dust is lifted before it settles between the yarns.

Treat spills before they dry

Blot, do not rub. Dampen with a suitable cleaner and dry.

Leave washing to a professional

Household machines are not suitable for woven rugs. One professional wash a year is recommended.

Which size should I choose for a living room?

At least the front legs of your sofas should sit on the rug. For a standard living room 200 × 290 cm is recommended; for wide rooms 240 × 340 cm or 300 × 380 cm. The scale plan on this page shows how much of a 520 × 420 cm room each size covers.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

For international orders, shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid in advance; there is no cash on delivery. Rugs in stock leave Ankara within 1–3 business days.

Can I return it if I do not like it?

Yes. You can return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. On international orders return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Will the color match what I see on screen?

Small differences in tone are possible depending on your screen. Open the images full screen to study the surface, and watch the review video where there is one. If you want to be sure, you can see the rug in person at our showroom in Çankaya, Ankara.

Can the rug be used over underfloor heating?

It depends on the pile height. Low-pile woven rugs work with underfloor heating and do not block the heat. If you are unsure, send the product code to Client Services on WhatsApp.

How does the price change between sizes?

Pricing is by the square meter. The price per square meter is shown next to the price, and it updates as you select a size.

Can I see the rug in Ankara?

Yes. At our showroom in Çankaya, Ankara you can see the rugs in this series and touch the weave. No appointment is needed.

Can I ask for a size that is not listed?

Custom sizes can be woven in many series. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will come back with a production time and a price.
