01How it feels underfoot

Between 60 and 70 percent of the yarn is viscose; the balance is acrylic, which is what stops the pile from crushing. The drawing is abstract and large in scale — broad forms in black and silver laid over cream, with enough open ground between them that the rug does not tire a room it shares with patterned furniture.

02Which tone on the ground

Viscose reflects, so the cream ground carries light across a floor and makes a space look wider than it measures. Against pale parquet or stone the rug reads as a continuation of the floor; against gray and black furniture it reads like the drawing on the wall, laid flat. Machine-woven in Türkiye.

Viscose supplies the sheen and the softness, acrylic supplies the resilience, and the blend is stated rather than hidden behind a word like natural. Day to day it needs a vacuum, and a wash when a vacuum stops being enough. Machine-woven in Türkiye at a high comb density for its class. 60–70% viscose with the balance in acrylic. Cream ground with abstract forms in black and silver. It covers 200 × 300 cm, that is 6'7" × 9'10", and fills a seating area entirely. The viscose sheen carries light and makes a room read wider. The most common mistake in choosing a rug is buying too small. Here are the numbers, room by room:

At least the front legs of the sofas should sit on the rug. Leave 20–40 cm of floor showing around it.

It should extend 60–75 cm beyond every edge of the table, so chairs do not catch when pulled back.

Care — three rules

Vacuum regularly

Use a head without a beater bar, in the direction of the pile. Once a week is enough; dust is lifted before it settles between the yarns.

Treat spills before they dry

Blot, do not rub. Dampen with a suitable cleaner and dry.

Leave washing to a professional

Household machines are not suitable for woven rugs. One professional wash a year is recommended.

Which size should I choose for a living room?

At least the front legs of your sofas should sit on the rug. For a standard living room 200 × 290 cm is recommended; for wide rooms 240 × 340 cm or 300 × 380 cm. The scale plan on this page shows how much of a 520 × 420 cm room each size covers.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

Can the rug be used over underfloor heating?

It depends on the pile height. Low-pile woven rugs work with underfloor heating and do not block the heat. If you are unsure, send the product code to Client Services on WhatsApp.

How does the price change between sizes?

Pricing is by the square meter. The price per square meter is shown next to the price, and it updates as you select a size.
